The 1980 Monte Carlo is fully paintable and features an ALL NEW, street-smart, water-slide decal sheet—offering a variety of colorful options. Builders can choose to assemble the car in stock or custom configuration. The kit includes a BONUS chopper and trailer, stock and mag wire wheels, removable T-top panels, an optional padded roof, a V-8 engine, a detailed interior, and pad-printed thin whitewall tires, all neatly wrapped in NEW eye-popping packaging.
The model kit is in 1/25 Scale and consists of 110 Parts. Once assembled, the car measures 8 inches long, or 13 inches long with the trailer added. The parts are molded in white, clear, and transparent red, with black vinyl tires. Some parts are chrome-plated. The kit requires the use of plastic model paint and cement (Testors or Tamiya brands are recommended). A paint guide is included in the kit. The skill level is rated 2, making it suitable for ages 14 and up.
